| Summary: | The paper presents a transport service system located at the air terminal of a regional airport and designed to perform working operations related to the check-in of departing passengers and baggage handling. A complex of indicators of the systems functional efficiency is proposed. It consists of quantitative characteristics of performance, reliability and quality of service. These parameters can be determined by the widely used methods of mathematic modeling, primarily, simulation modeling. The results of evaluating the efficiency of a model system similar to the modern systems of Russian regional airports are presented. |
