history. The author of the paper also refers to the characteristics of organized crime and highlights the presence
of different both international and domestic opinions on the defi nition of the concept of organized crime, and the
fact that today there is still no universal defi nition of the content of this concept. Also mentioned are criminal offenses
related to organized crime. |
