Description
Summary:Aim. Evaluation of the efficiency of magnetic therapy application using the apparatus of RIKTA-02 as a part of a complex therapy of placental insufficiency in pregnant women with bacterial vaginosis.Materials and methods. The study included 122 women with bacterial vaginosis and detected fetoplacental insufficiency in III trimester. All the patients underwent general clinical, obstetric-gynecologic, microbiological, microscopic, immunological and instrumental methods of investigation (ultrasound fetal Doppler FPC, cardiotocography of the fetus). Pregnant women of the main group (72 patients) underwent treatment of fetoplacental insufficiency on the background of basic therapy, which was supplemented by magneto-laser therapy using the apparatus of RIKTA-02 performed as a course of 10 treatments. The comparison group consisted of 50 patients who underwent traditional medical therapy of the fetoplacental system disorders. Pregnant women of both groups were prescribed a complex treatment with 2% cream Dalacin and immunomodulatory drug Kipferon for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Vaginal suppositories atsilakt were used to restore the vaginal biocenosis.Results. A course of magnetic laser therapy in pregnant women with fetoplacental insufficiency contributed to the normalization of fetoplacental complex, which was confirmed by pathomorphological studies of the placenta.Conclusion. The inclusion of magnetic-laser therapy in complex therapy of placental insufficiency in pregnant women with bacterial vaginosis significantly reduces the frequency of manifestations of fetoplacental violations, decrease of gestation complications, which reduces maternal and perinatal morbidity.
