| Summary: | This paper deals with the Chinese-Russian scientific and technological cooperation problem from the strategic partnership point of view. It has been shown that nowadays Chinese-Russian scientific and technological contacts are becoming closer, the fields and scope of their activities are broadening and deepening. At the same time, there are several problems in scientific and technological collaboration of both countries such as: rather low activity, scientific brainpower lack, investment shortage. The author has concluded with his own recommendations upon the illumination of the problems mentioned. |
