Summary: | This study aims to analyze the performance of a specific group among the legitimate to mobilize the judicial review: the class associations. In addition to belong to civil society, the professional associations also show themselves interesting as they involve groups with potentially opposing interests, as entrepreneurs and workers. Then, the intention is to study their performance regarding the use of ADPFs - Pleas of violation of constitutional fundamental statements - that are a mean of judicial review against laws which violate the Constitution in what such associations regard as its most important dictates. |
