Formation of MAX-phases by electronically-ion-plasma methods

The results of structural studies of the formation of MAX-phases on the surface of titanium alloys synthesized as a result of combined treatment combining the electric explosive alloying and irradiation with a high-intensity pulsed electron beam are presented.
