| Summary: | Arterial hypertension (AH) is one of main risk factors of cardiovascular pathology development and one of leading causes of death in the world. At the state level the adequate attention is paid only to the problem of AH in adult population. There is clear lack of regulatory basis in the field of diagnostical peculiarities, prophylaxis and stages of medical service provision to children and adolescents with arterial hypertension. The article shows a data of Tomsk register of AH in children and adolescents.
