The most important material about history of Gagauz Turks is Selçuk-nâme also known as Tevârih-i Âl-i Selçuk, Târih-i Âl-i Selçuk and Oğuz-nâme written in Turkish by Yazıcıoğlu Ali in 1436. Another important material in this discipline is Saltık-nâme had reduced to writing to Ebü'l Hayr-ı Rûmî between 1473-1480. In this article in the light of Tevârih-i Âl-i Selçuk, Târih-i Âl-i Selçuk, Saltık-nâme and other materials written in XV. century, Gagauz Turks' history, culture and language has discussed.</p> |
