description | In our study we have defined a pattern of intertissue cooperation that forms in myocardium of rat during ontogenesis. The matherial of study: 864 hearts of white rats. For the revelation of proteoglycan carbohydrates we have used alcian blue 8GX by Stidmen, toluidin blue and iron hydroxide. Metachromatic toluidin blue staining was used for determination of dermatansulfate, chondroitin-4- and chondroitin-4-sulfates, and hyaluronic acid. Exposure of neutral components of proteoglycans has been determed by McManus. Determination of NAD-dependent isocitratedehydrogenase, glyceraldehy-drophosphatedehydrogenase has been conducted by Lojda method, alkaline phosphatase – by Mc Gadey method. Two periods of myocardial intertissue cooperation forming were determined in prenatal ontogenesis. First period lasts from 12-th till 18-th days of embryogenesis and characterized by the following: 1) stricingly zonality, concerned to presence of the compact, trabecular and a spongious myocardial zones; 2) histochemical and structural gradient from the endocardium to epicardium. Second period, transitional, which proceeds in late embryogenesis, characterized by a decrease in structural and functional gradients in the myocardium of the left ventricle, and a loss of significant histochemical and quantitative differ-ences between myocardial zones. |
