Description
Summary:Due to the lack of research in weed control in pearl millet, the present work was carried out to evaluate the efficiency of different 2,4 D amine doses on Raphanus raphanistrum L. control in pearl millet in no tillage system. The work consisted of two experiments with distinct sowing times in autumn-winter, at FCA/UNESP, in Botucatu, SP. The experiment was arranged in completely randomized design, four treatments 2,4 D amine doses (402, 536, 670 g i a ha-1) and a product-free check, with four replications, were used for both experiments. It was verified that the 536 and 670 g i a ha-1 provided greater pearl millet plant height and dry matter, as well as no phytotoxicity symptoms. The efficiency of R. raphanistrum control was above 85%.
