| Summary: | The paper presents the main results on the development of scientific rationale and technological approaches to creating and developing a unified information environment of educational institutions. The received were received over a ten-year period in the research school under the guidance of the RF Government Prize winner, Professor K. E. Afanasyev. The paper addresses the common approaches and technological solutions for integrating information systems and resources based on electronic documents and service-oriented architecture. The concept of the electronic document was expanded, a system of electronic document with advanced features was created. Astandards profile, taking into account all the stages of developing information environment, was built. The basic and specific software components,providing a unified information environment based on an integrated analysis of information system management of the educational institution, were developed and introduced in Kemerovo State University and its branches. |
