压力性损伤智能化“评估-决策-控制”系统在脑血管病重症患者中的应用 Application of Intelligent "Assessment-Decision-Control" System for Pressure Injury in Patients with Severe Cerebrovascular Disease
目的 分析压力性损伤智能化“评估-决策-控制”系统在脑血管病重症患者中的应用效果。 方法 对压力性损伤管理系统进行智能优化,将系统优化前(2018年1月-2019年12月)应用患者(2448例)设置为对照组,系统优化后(2020年1月-2021年12月)应用患者(3547例)设置为观察组,比较两组患者入科2 h内压力性损伤评估完成率、风险评估准确率、伤口评估准确率、伤口处理正确率、院内压力性损伤发生率的差异。 结果 对照组和观察组患者入科2 h内压力性损伤风险评估完成率分别为94.7%和99.0%(χ2=7.3,P=0.007),风险评估准确率分别为89.0%和96.3%(χ2=11.9,...
