In this article we introduced the paranormed sequence spaces <em>c<sup>F</sup></em>(<em>f,</em>Λ,Δ<em><sub>m</sub></em>,<em>p</em>), (<em>f,</em>Λ,Δ<em><sub>m</sub></em>,<em>p</em>) and (<em>f</em>,Λ,Δ<em><sub>m</sub></em><sub>,</sub><em>p</em>) of fuzzy numbers associated with the multiplier sequence Λ= (λ<sub>k</sub>) defined by a modulus function <em>f</em>. We study some of their properties like solidity, symmetricity, completeness etc. and prove some inclusion results.</p> <p class="akeyword"> </p>
