description | The article describes the current state of inclusive higher education in the countries of Western Europe. The article contains a description of patterns of higher education of persons with disabilities and disability in the leading European universities, as well as the characteristics of the modern trends in the inclusive higher education. Analysis of the model was based on a specially designed criteria: Institute of tutoring and assistenstva as an element of the disabled educational system in the educational organization of higher education, the system requirements for the procedure and assessment tools for introductory, intermediate, and final certification, the system of organization of practices for students with disabilities, employment patterns graduates with disabilities. For example, consideration of inclusive models of higher education shows the effectiveness of current approaches to psychological and pedagogical support learning in higher education of persons with disabilities and disability. It was found that the most effective model of support of inclusive higher education presented in the First University College London, University College London (University of London), the Free University of Berlin, University of Heidelberg. |
