The periodic system for future damages and the serious is more appropriate because it can be revisioned.Diyah in our law system is for compensating the personal injuries and is a kind of lump sum payment. but for the damages which is more , if it is accepted, we can also use periodic payment in serious injuries.Key words: Lump-sum payment, periodic payment, personal injury, structured settlement , Timed- damage system. |
