description | The aim of the work was to improve the efficiency of treatment of persons with gastroenterological diseases combined with radicular syndrome.
The paper presents data on the state of the spine in patients treated at the gastroenterology department.
It is found that for young people suffering from functional disorders of the digestive system, are characterized by scoliosis, especially of the thoracic spine.
With age, the incidence of lesions of the lumbosacral spine increases.
In individuals older than 61 years degenerative and dystrophic changes in the spine are found in 100 % of cases, and their severity progresses.
The combination treatment of gastrointestinal and spine pathology increases clinical efficiency. |
