She is a leading expert on the issue of jurisdictional immunity of states and moreover took part in drafting of national laws related to this issue.This question is of high both theoretical and practical importance. The topic is very acute for Russia as due to the fact that the tendency is shifting from the concept of absolute immunity to the concept of limited immunity.
