Description
Summary:The experiment presented in this article is based on cognitive psychology works relating to the impact of expectation failure in story-based learning. Computer Based Human-Learning Environments which can be designed on such an approach of learning appear to be well adapted to behavioural skills learning. Underlying assumption is that it is possible using such artefacts to recreate partially but effectively these situations of communication and learning with regard to the transmission of knowledge and skills. In this paper we present an example of such a system devoted to the development of social behaviour of specialized consultants.
