| description | Objective To investigate the effect of narrative nursing on relief of anxiety and depression and improvement of quality of life among young women with breast cancer. Methods Totally 90 young women with breast cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. All patients received routine care during the treatment, and those in the observation group were given narrative nursing interventions. Patients were evaluated by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale, Self-rating Depression Scale and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B) at hospital admission and 1 month after intervention. Results The SAS and SDS scores decreased in both control group and observation group at one month after intervention, and SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0. 01). Scores of physiological status, social/family status, emotional status, functional status factors and total score of FACT-B in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The narrative nursing is potentially effective to relieve the anxiety and depression of young women with breast cancer, and improve their quality of life. (目的 探讨叙事护理在改善青年女性乳腺癌患者焦虑抑郁及生活质量中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年5月—12月医院肿瘤科收治的青年女性乳腺癌患者90例, 采用随机数字表将患者分为观察组45例和对照组45例。对照组采用常规护理, 观察组在对照组基础上采用叙事护理, 采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和癌症患者生存质量测定量表(FACT-B)分别在患者入院时和干预1个月后进行评定。结果 干预1个月后, 两组SAS评分和SDS评分均较入院时降低, 且观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。干预1个月后, 观察组患者生理状况、社会与家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况及FACT-B量表总分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 叙事护理能改善青年女性乳腺癌患者焦虑、抑郁情绪, 提升生活质量。) |
