A comparative study of ultra-low-temperature thermal conductivity of multiferroic orthoferrites RFeO3 (R = Gd and Dy)
Ultra-low-temperature thermal conductivity (κ) of GdFeO3 and DyFeO3 single crystals is studied down to several tens of milli-Kelvin.
