Description
Summary:The main purpose of the article is to show the supply of enotourism in Poland as part of sustainable tourism. An appropriate management of this supply can help consumers enjoy leisure time for the benefit of their health and in harmony with nature. It can also contribute to the conservation and restoration of local cultural heritage. Sustainable tourism is closely related to sustainable development, so the first part of the article focuses on explaining the concept of sustainable development. In the next enotourism is presented as part of sustainable development. While some authors treat winery tourism as part of culinary tourism, it is usually shown in terms of its regional, historical and economic characteristics, which makes it sustainable. The last part is devoted to the management enotourism in Poland and provides detailed information about the supply of services offered by Polish vineyards.(original abstract)
