Long survival of a patient with leptomeningeal infiltration in breast cancer: A case report
Prognosis remains poor in patients with leptomeningeal carcinoma. The time from diagnosis to death is about 4–6 weeks if left untreated. With treatment, the overall survival is approximately 2–4 months.
