Summary:Coronary arteries anomalies are rare. We report a case of anterior wall myocardial infarction with anomalous left anterior descending artery (LAD) and left circumflex artery (LCX), with LAD originating from right coronary sinus and LCX from right coronary artery. We did successful percutaneous coronary intervention with stenting to LAD using Amplatzer AR1-catheter.
