The conclusion on the decreasing resolving parameter ΔRi with decreasing thickness of structure and initial energy at increasing coefficient of electron multiplication βi=1,1 ÷ 2,0 has been drawn on the basis of dependence of relative tailing of electron energies on the thickness of structure and on the initial energy. Obtained data are useful at choosing material of the structure in the conditions of processes of originating of true secondary electrons. |
