Therefore, researchers are trying to apply the Balanced Scorecard performance measurement models in the form of performance measurement application program of Microfinance Institutions using the web -based programming languages PHP and MySQL which the Microfinance Institutions can perform measurements on himself (self assessment) so that the measurement of the performance of Micro fi-nance Institutions can be run effectively and efficiently. The test is done by doing research in Micro-finance Institutions located in Sidoarjo. The sample data is Microfinance Institutions in Sidoarjo.
For performance measurement criteria based on the Balanced Scorecard method namely financial pers-pective, customer perspective, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective. While the method of Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy-AHP) and Weighted Product Model used for weighting the criteria and sub-criteria and the final assessment. Weighting is done based on the criteria and sub-criteria prioritization interest rate. The results of the analysis and design of the system will be applied to the measurement of application performance Web-based Microfinance Institutions. |
