| description | The current stage of economic development is characterized by an increasing interest in the study of strategic planning and management. One important direction of this theory is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of planning both in the broadest sense and in the narrower ones. The current stage of development of the world economy is characterized by a rapid change of external impacts on the enterprise, which places high demands on its management system, which should adequately respond to the challenges of time. In this regard, the role of strategic planning, which defines the main directions of the enterprise in the future, is significantly increasing. The article outlines existing approaches to strategic planning as well as factors influencing the process. The author studied the interpretations of the term "strategic planning" available in the scientific literature, its wording is given taking into account modern trends. The concepts of "strategic analysis" and "strategic forecast" are also considered, on the basis of which the strategic plan of the enterprise is formed. A brief analysis of existing planning methodologies is carried out with a view to developing a strategic plan. Conclusions were drawn on the need to choose the best methodological approach and economic tools for strategic planning. |
