In different European states and political systems, the development of administrative judicial system besides general, had some specific features, which could be noticed in France, Italy, Austria, USA, England, and Serbia. Historical development of administrative dispute in Serbia must be observed starting from the Constitution from 1869, and after that the Law on State's Council (1870) until 2003, which is the subject of this original scientific paper. |
