description The article consists of two main parts. The first part deals with interpretations of counseling approaches (cognitive-behavioral therapy, personcentered therapy, logotherapy, understanding psychotherapy) in the context of working with reflection. This second part of the article describes organization of working with reflection in a counselling session, aimed at creating conditions for overcoming learning difficulties. It also describes a number of necessary requirements for the organization of this work and specificity of developmental counseling.
