The present communication introduces the Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation – Outcome Measure(CORE-OM), a free instrument, supported with rigorous psychometric exploration, and which has been translated to Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese that can be used for monitoring purposes across the region. |
