description The aim of the current research is to identify the job satisfaction of the male and female teachers of Al-Noor University College about their work to make them more able to achieve the goals required to be achieved by them, as well as to identify all the differences between male and female teachers with the aim of job satisfaction with the teaching profession.     The researchers assume the following there are significant differences in job satisfaction between male and female teachers of Al-Noor University College     The researchers used the descriptive approach in a comparative style for its suitability and the nature of the current research The research community included male and female faculty members of Al-Noor University College for the year 2020/2021, who numbered (170) male and female teachers. And the exploratory experiment, which numbered (40) male and female teachers, and thus the proportion of the research sample reached (76.47%) of the total research community. As for the research tool, it was represented by the job satisfaction scale consisting of 25 items The electronic questionnaire was applied to the research sample, after verifying the scientific transactions of the scale of validity, reliability and validity of its application on the current research sample. The researchers used the following statistical methods to reach the results of their research: Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, hypothetical mean, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), (t-test), Spearman-Brown equation. From the findings of the researchers, the following was concluded -        There is a good level of satisfaction with the profession among the male and female teachers of Al-Noor University College. -        The degree of interest in the work of male and female teachers through their role in the college is morally correlated with the degree of job satisfaction <strong>The researchers recommend the following:</strong> -        Work on developing the degree of interest in work and human relations between male and female teachers to ensure their satisfaction with the work they are doing in order to prepare the new generation. -        Providing all the needs and supplies needed by the teacher that contribute to increasing the motivation towards performance. While providing the necessary opportunities to develop knowledge and expertise, especially through development courses and increasing incentives that contribute to a sense of job satisfaction.
