Description
Summary:In the customary law of southwestern Georgia, first of all, the criminal law draws attention, which contains very riveting traditions. The functioning of customary law, in turn, was determined by the existence of this type of communal category – the avenge rule and composition system. Because the legal norms of the avenge and composition system corresponded to the customs, thus it contained the noteworthy aspects of the old social relationship.
