Summary: | This study aims to highlight the contribution of e-learning to the development of higher education in Algeria, as it highlighted that e-learning is one of the priorities of the Algerian state by "launching the national project for e-learning at the university within the priorities and planning report for the year 2007. However, the absence of proper and serious planning and a unified information policy made Algerian universities adopt different platforms and prevented the achievement of the desired goals, as the study concluded that it is mandatory to activate agreements between Arab universities, as well as foreign universities in the field of exchanging experiences and consultations, and participating in scientific conferences and seminars, in addition to coordination in conducting and supervising joint research electronically, and in a way that enhances the role of Arab universities in keeping pace with developments at the regional and international levels in the field of e-learning; working to increase communication between the education and business and production sectors so that businessmen can see the curricula taught in The sectors of education and universities in the specializations of interest to businessmen, as well so that university professors, graduate students and other education sectors can view the technologies used in productive institutions. |
