| Summary: | In this article we set out as a goal to appoint some artisans in the field of manufacturing from leather and fur of various clothing items, accessories, harness pieces. Several localities from the North of the Republic of Moldova were included in our research area: the fairs and exhibitions of recent years that highlighted the products of the work of craftsmen in the field of leather and fur processing. Field research of craftsmen in the field of making clothing and leather goods allows the finding that this craft is well developed in this area. Articles of fur and leather made by local artisans are presented in fairs, exhibitions and bazaars, where popular traditions and true Romanian values are promoted. |
