Physical aspects of topology and kinetics of disperse phase formation in decreased pressure glow-discharge
The experimental results of studying the process of disperse phase formation of nano- and microparticles in a volume of decreased pressure (10–100 Pa) glow-discharge in the hydrocarbon, siliconorganic and fluoroorganic compounds vapours are introduced.
