Structural Equations of Social Capital and Organizational Learning Using Knowledge Management and Social Intelligence in the Municipal Office of Marivan City

| description | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital variables and organizational learning by using knowledge management and social intelligence. The statistical population includes all of the municipal staff in Marivan city. The research method is descriptive-survey. To collect the theoretical foundations of the research, the library method was used and the survey method was used to collect the research data using questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was verified by experts and through content and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha statistical test. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the research data using LISREL software. The research results showed that the research model was appropriately fitted with the values of RMSEA =0.07, χ ^ 2 / Df = 2.78 and Chi-square = 511.98. We also used the t-value of the LISREL output to investigate the research hypotheses and the relationship between research variables. The results showed that the relationship of social capital with knowledge management (5.17), and social intelligence (3.27) was positive and significant, as well as the relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning (9.49), and the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational learning (5.25). However, the relationship between social capital and Organizational learning (-0.75) was insignificant and unconfirmed. In addition, the results of the research indicated that social capital does not directly lead to organizational learning, but with the involvement of knowledge management and emotional intelligence variables, the relationship between them is positively corrected. In other words, it can be said that social capital utilizes knowledge management and social intelligence to lead to organizational learning. |
