神经重症医疗质量控制2018—2023：从资源调查到质量控制指标 Neurocritical Care Quality Control 2018—2023: From Resource Investigation to Quality Control Indicators

国家神经系统疾病医疗质量控制中心神经重症疾病质控工作组于2018年成立，成立后开展了全国百家哨点医院抽查、神经重症资源普查等调研工作，查找我国神经重症医疗存在的问题，如医疗资源配置不均、专业人才缺乏等。基于调查结果，工作组通过德尔菲法制定了神经重症医疗质量控制指标体系，内容涵盖过程指标、重返指标和重点病种相关指标等。此外，神经重症疾病质控工作组还制定了神经重症医师核心知识和能力共识，发布了神经重症患者镇痛镇静治疗共识，并开展了“神盾行动”等一系列宣教活动，以推动神经重症医疗质量的持续改进。未来，工作组将继续开展质控宣讲、培训和考核等活动，并定期监测质量控制指标的执行情况以推动医疗质量持续改进。...
