</xml><![endif]--><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The topics of LASA 2013 proposed discuss current leftist governments in Latin America, and if we see corresponding changes between consciousness and culture. The commitment of the government of Hugo Chavez for "socialism of the XXI century" has had in the recent history of Venezuela many difficulties. However, community dynamics illustrate the real impact of government policies on cultural transformations of the Venezuelan people worthy interpreted as the foundation of the Bolivarian Revolution, often silenced by the dominant logics that resist. This paper explores such logic from the oral testimony of some Indians and Creoles, as part of the achievements and challenges of the "Socialism of the XXI Century".</p><!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>
