Description
Summary:The coexistence of culturally and religiously different groups, is not always in line. Intercultural contacts are the more difficult the larger the distance, especially in the axiological field that divides the two groups. The current international situation generates significant migration of the population from the territory of the Middle East to Europe. Although the inflow of refugees from the Arab countries to Poland is currently small, one must reckon with the fact that in the near future, representatives of various professions, including teachers, social workers and cultural animators, in their professional lives will have to face the problems and challenges relating to the functioning in a multicultural environment. The article presents research on the relationship of students to the refugees and their views on the work and cooperation with them.
