Summary:In view of problems of self-starting, incomplete intrinsic safety and bad anti-interference ability of traditional mine-used pilot circuit with intelligent control, a new flameproof and intrinsic safety pilot circuit was designed. Concrete implementation of signal generating circuit, signal collection circuit, signal identification circuit and executive circuit of the circuit were introduced in details. The circuit does not use traditional control method taking processor as core, but uses electronic devices to realize pilot control and fault protection function, so it has stronger self-adaptation and good anti-interference ability. The test result validated feasibility of the circuit.
