Description
Summary:In organizations, it is essential to generate strategies that lead to strengthening relationships, managing emotions, and developing talents, which, combined with clear goals and shared values, generate high levels of commitment. This research aims to describe the institutional culture "Being, Doing and Transcending", in the framework of teaching at the Tecnológico de Antioquia - Institución Universitaria, in Medellín (Colombia). It is a concurrent mixed type of research, in which techniques of bibliographic tracking and documentary review were used, as well as the collection of quantitative data, derived from the application of surveys. As a result, the diversity of the teaching staff, the sense of belonging and pride in their work performance were identified. It was also found that, there are still factors that could be improved, especially promotion in the teaching category, remuneration, incentives and the development of cultural, sports and art activities, among others.
