A unique presentation of bilateral kissing molars and three‐rooted maxillary premolars: A case report and review of literature
Abstract 3D radiographic evaluation of the patient should be conducted before disimpaction to establish proximity to the mandibular canal and borders of mandible. In addition, variations of the root canal system of premolars must thoroughly be understood.
