| Summary: | Based on the analysis on the basic information, problems and characters of rural cooperative in China, the paper finds that the cooperative governance by the blood, institution should be changed into the governance by civil ethic. We compare the relation between Christ ethic and the rural cooperative in China and find the close relation between them. The cooperation, equality and devotion in cooperatives are also shown in Christ. With the case of the cooperatives found by Chinese Christians, we also find that the belief in China should be of freedom, the traditional ethic should be innovated and the religions could promote the daily public good affairs without the political intervention.
