| Summary: | <p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">There are a lot of new pedagogical positions in a professional field, having appeared in connection with necessity of modern pedagogical professionalism creation. One of this positions can be named «project – network consultant» and discussed as significant one. On the one hand, it’s because of an immense role that different types of educational consulting services play in modern world, and on the other hand it’s connected with the rising of network – type organizations, taking more and more important place in the way of developing teacher’s professional skills and competence. Preparing the position of project – network consultants is possible only within the frames of continuous education. In the article there is an attempt of analyzing the importance of professional position connected with project – network consulting, introducing action learning technology as a tool for creation of particular professional teacher’s competence, and presenting the experience of Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Education Development in the context of preparing the position of project – network consultants.</p>
