| Summary: | In the renovation cause initiated and guided by the Communist Party of
Vietnam,along with economic though reform, the Party has gradually implemented
socio-economic policies with the aim to boosting economic developing attached to social
advancements and equality. The national social policy system has been completed and
more people are offered these policies. The assistance levels have been increased and
the State’s investment is also on the rise. Therefore, social areas have reached important
achievements, particularly in poverty reduction, job creation and giving priorities to
education and training sector and people who make contributions to the country’s
revolutions. In this article, the writer focuses on clarifying the Party’s awareness
process of social policies from the renovation time to date. Based on this, the writer
mentions several gained achievements and also proposes solutions to raises quality and
efficiencies of social policies in the current condition. |
