Summary:The main objective of this study was to explore the role of orientation towards entrepreneurial business performance. Respondents in this study were all people in business creative industries embroidery in Bangil the 100 (one hundred) people, whether male or female, with a distribution of age, level of education, business scale and duration of the different business, data analysis using structural equation model SEM-PLS. Research findings indicate that women are proactive risk and have a significant influence on innovation, while the other variables have not had a significant relationship.
