Therefore, regardless of the three dimensions of informants and recipients of information and information in the media, examines the concept of information in general And the research has reached the rules and concepts related to media action by enumerating nine general titles in the verses Then, with explanatory analysis and the conformity of the legal articles with them, show how to resolve potential conflicts between laws and conflict of issues. |
