Simultaneous Observation of Auroral Particles and Plasma Waves
A simultaneous observation of auroral particles and plasma waves excited by electron streames is proposed. Outlines of the electrostatic particle energy analyser and the plasma wave detector which will be used as rocket-borne instruments are described.
