complete genome sequence of S. aureus strain JDFM SA01,
isolated from a milk filter collected from Korean dairy farm. The final complete
genome assembly consists of one circular chromosome (2,748,925 bp) with an
overall GC content of 32.9% and one circular plasmid sequence (24,655 bp) with a
GC content of 28.7%. |
