| description | This paper gave a brief pectination to the sea parcel boundary definition of offshore oil and gas projects, and induced the main problems such as lacks of normalized regularization of the outer edge of oil platform, clear demands of sea area use register for the reconstruction and expansion part, absence of rules to the boundary line of the sea parcel for underwater production systems; improper unit of sea parcel and too much boundary points in the sea parcel; inconsistent treatment methods for sea-area used of crossover and overlapping places of submarine cables and pipelines; undefined management requirements for the excessive closed area between pipes and cables. Based on the above issues, the paper made a detailed analysis and study of improvement for technical specifications for precise method for the boundary line of sea parcel. It suggested to put clear and definite management requirement to the reconstruction and expansion part of oil platform, and strengthen intensive sea use to put an end to the waste of marine space resources. It also indicated the importance of researches on vertical sea area boundary, and put forward relevant suggestions in order to further standardize the production of the cadaster of sea parcel and improve it quality. |
