description In the last years, a multitude of training actions aimed at the improvement of professional qualifications and the construction of bridges between education and the labor market have been implemented. This cross-sectional perception study with questionnaire design ad hoc is not intended to be representative of young people at the state level but can serve as a thermometer for the current situation. The most relevant results present a group with higher scores on the frequency of problems related to their socioeconomic situations and labor problems and a perception of lower level of satisfaction with the family and with their economic situation. Despite the great investment efforts for training and employment-oriented qualification according to ISCED level 0–3, the data do not augur great steps in improving the transitions to the labor market of young people who did not complete secondary school neither are employed.
